What's included in each plan?

Every plan includes design, development, hosting, SSL, and ongoing maintenance through your client portal. Higher tiers add CMS-driven content, SEO reporting, custom app development, and dedicated sprint capacity.

Are prices fixed or custom-quoted?

Starter and Growth are fixed monthly retainers. Scale is custom-quoted based on your scope, team size, and SLA requirements. All pricing is published live above — we never add surprise fees.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No long-term lock-in. Plans are month-to-month. We earn your business every month — if you're not happy, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes — you can change plans at any time from your client portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. ACH bank transfer is available for Scale-tier clients. Invoicing is handled automatically through your portal.

How quickly can you get started?

After your discovery call we typically kick off within 1–2 weeks. Starter sites launch in 2–3 weeks. Growth sites with CMS take 3–5 weeks. Custom Scale projects are scoped individually.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), copy or content direction, and access to any existing accounts (domain registrar, analytics). We'll guide you through the rest in onboarding.

Do I own the website once it's built?

Yes. You own all the code, design, and content we produce for you. If you ever leave, we'll provide a full export so you can take everything with you.

Will my site be mobile-friendly and fast?

Every site we ship is responsive, meets Core Web Vitals targets, and is built with performance budgets in mind. We test on real devices before launch.

Can you migrate my existing site?

Yes — we handle migrations from WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix, and custom-built sites. We preserve your SEO URLs and set up proper redirects.

What if I need something not listed in the plans?

Book a call — we scope custom work all the time. One-off projects, integrations, CRM builds, mobile apps, and anything else are quoted separately or rolled into a Scale plan.

How do I request changes or updates?

All change requests and support tickets go through your client portal. You'll see the status, who's working on it, and estimated completion time — no chasing emails.

What's your typical response time?

We respond to support tickets within one business day. Scale-tier clients with an SLA get guaranteed response windows. Urgent issues are flagged directly to our on-call engineer.

Do you handle hosting and domain management?

Yes. Hosting, SSL certificates, CDN, and uptime monitoring are all included. You keep ownership of your domain — we manage the DNS records and renewals on your behalf.

What happens if my site goes down?

We monitor uptime 24/7 and are alerted automatically. Most incidents are resolved before clients even notice. If an outage affects you, we'll notify you proactively with an ETA.

Is my data backed up?

Yes — database backups run daily with point-in-time recovery. Code is versioned in Git. Static assets are stored with redundant cloud infrastructure.
