Who we are
LaunchLex is a web development agency based in Lexington, Kentucky, USA.
We operate launch-lex.com and the LaunchLex client portal.
When we say “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy we mean LaunchLex.

- Account information you provide when you sign up for the client portal (email address, password hash, profile settings, MFA secrets).
- Billing information processed by Stripe when you subscribe to a plan. We do not store your card number — only the last four digits and a Stripe customer ID.
- Support interactions you send through the portal (messages, attachments, ticket history).
- Technical data collected automatically when you visit the site, such as IP address, user-agent, pages viewed, and error/crash telemetry (via Sentry).
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve the LaunchLex website and client portal.
- To process payments and manage your subscription (via Stripe).
- To send you transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, ticket updates) via our email provider.
- To comply with applicable law, including tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored with service providers whose primary infrastructure is located in the United States:
Supabase (PostgreSQL database + authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email),
Sentry (error monitoring), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection), and Railway (application hosting).
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Sharing & third parties
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We share data with the service providers listed above only as needed to operate the site and portal.
- We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Opt out of non-transactional communications at any time.
- Residents of California, Colorado, and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights under those statutes; email us to exercise them.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for business users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal
data from children under 13.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive
credentials, row-level security on the database, and principle-of-least-privilege access controls.
No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a data breach involving personal information, we will
notify affected users as required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the
“Last updated” date and, for account holders, notify you by email.
